Please note that if time is allotted or available, we will also care to baseboards, window sills tracking & blinds. Please ensure that all surfaces that require cleaning are free of clutter and knick-knacks.

Quickie Clean

  • general maintenance: hiring tradespeople as needed, changing lightbulbs, door locks and batteries

  • property cleaning:  interior common areas like lobby, elevators, stairwells & exterior of building 

  • light handyman services: patching, painting 

  • strata janitorial: garbages and recycling

  • building management: administrative duties, fobs, move in / out inspections, staffing the caretaking team 

  • carpet cleaning

  • kitchen: interior and exterior of cupboards & appliances, backsplash, countertops , walls, baseboards, light fixtures and switches and paper towel restocked

  • common areas: surfaces wiped, blankets folded & pillows fluffed

  • windows: trackings, blinds & sills

  • floors: vacuumed & mopped 

  • patio: furniture wiped down & BBQ scrapped clean

  • report:  stock levels of amenities and any damage noticed

 

Price: $40 per hour + GST

Airbnb Clean

Available to be booked as a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly cadence. ​
